Registration Refund Policy
We appreciate your interest in attending the XXIX IAMM TAPC Chapter Annual Conference 2026 at AIIMS Mangalagiri. To ensure a smooth registration process, we have established the following refund guidelines for registration fees:
1. General Refund Guidelines
- All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to the conference organizing committee at iammtapc2026@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
- Bank transaction charges, processing fees, and administrative costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
2. Refund Categories and Deadlines

| On or before 15th July 2026 | 90% Refund (10% deduction for administrative charges) |
| From 15th July 2026 – 15th August 2026 | 50% Refund |
| From 16th August 2026 Onwards | No Refund |
3. Special Considerations
- Substitution: If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant before 25th August 2026 with prior approval from the organizing committee.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unexpected situations, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, the organizing committee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revise the refund policy at its sole discretion.
